The Royal College of Nursing located in Swat is the first private setup in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, offering four years Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Generic BSN) degree program. The college is registered with Pakistan Nursing Council Islamabad and affiliated with Khyber Medical University Peshawar along with Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA) and Health Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
With student centered and dedicated premises of the college, our students enjoy their learning in well equipped, state of the art facilities in the heart Swat valley from the very beginning. Our programs are open to both males and females from all over the country and we welcome them warmly.
At RCNS, students are continually encouraged to participate in diverse activities, enabling them to develop awareness about global issues in health and patient care, community engagement, and respect for the other healthcare professionals. The recent COVID-19 pandemic and the transformation in global healthcare highlighted the importance of nursing and midwifery in the healthcare system. There are around 80,000 nurses working.
HEC CARRICULLUM
In order to impart quality education which is at par with international standards the Curriculum Division of HEC undertakes the revision of curricula after every three years through respective National Curriculum.
